Koregaon Park Plaza is a shopping mall in Pune. Initially, the project was a joint venture between ''Plaza Centers India'' (owned by ''Elbit Imaging Ltd'' of Israel) and local businessman ''Avinash Bhosale''. While the project was still in construction, Plaza Centers bought out its partner Bhosale for US$20 million to gain complete control of the project.
